Happy 10th birthday to our little man! He fills our life with so much love and laughter! …and noise.

Adoption! I’m glad we took the risk to open our home and heart to this little boy when he was 6. A boy who was insecure, a bit angry and very confused. I can not imagine our life without him.

He is his father’s shadow.

He is a hard worker who rarely complains.

He is all about hunting a fishing!

He is a natural at the pasty arts.

He is always willing to learn.

He is going to have a great job in our bakery one day!

He is ALWAYS hungry and first to the table!

He is always wanting to fight or wrestle…always!

He is fun-loving!

He is the best uncle ever!!!

He is so very good to her!

He is, without a doubt THE baby whisperer!

He is a thinker!

He is a tender-heart under all that tough talk!

He is FUNNY and adventurous!

Even though we did not birth him-

He is our son!

God has been gracious to us all!

Adoption is not easy. It is not all pretty. It is not for everyone. But for us, and for Aaron and his two sisters that needed a home, who needed a family that would never leave them, it has been perfect for us.
