A couple weeks ago someone gave us an 8 lb fish, of course Jeff knows how to ‘take care of it’, but I thought I’d post this video in case any of you don’t have a clue (like me). No this is not Jeff in this video. If you let your kids watch make sure you remind them just how dangerous a sharp knife is. Granted this is VERY GROSS, that’s why men were made to do this kind of stuff! ;o) Even though I know many girls that gut and fillet their own fish, personally I’m GLAD I have a husband!
