  Warning! If you are a woman and you are reading this in the morning...you may want to skip this tutorial.   A couple weeks ago someone gave us an 8 lb fish, of course Jeff knows how to 'take care of it', but I thought I'd post this video in case any of you don't have a clue (like me).
