Once you’ve eaten whipped cream you’ll never want to eat Cool Whip again;
and it is super easy to make.
All you need is some heavy cream, sugar and a mixer.
Pour in about 1/2 a quart (there are no exact measurements).
Once you make it a few times you will be a good judge about how much to make.
Start your mixer on slow, otherwise it will splatter everywhere!
Whip on HIGH for about 3-4 minutes, be careful not to over whip,
this can happen very quickly so keep an eye on it!
When it starts to thicken add a couple tablespoons of sugar.
You will know it is done when it looks light and fluffy.
Again, do not over mix it, it will turn into slop,
Keeping some heavy cream on hand makes it easy to whip up a little whipped topping for any dessert.
This was just blueberries, whipped cream and a strawberry on top.
Of course a small sprig of mint looks wonderful on any dessert.
