One baked cake, any size, 9×13 is best, yellow is easiest.
1 bag 10x Sugar
1 or 2 featherweight pastry bags (Wilton brand is best)
Tips: # 3, #104, #352, #18 ( 16 or 21 will work too for an #18)‘
A mixer, hand or stand
Rag Quilting
