Today’s Table- Grilled Chicken Salad

I LOVE GREEK seasonings!!! I LOVE GREEK FOOD! ;o) Picture the Mom on Big Fat Greek Wedding and that is me… that is my heart, a heart for my family! ;o) Only thing is I am not Greek.

Sprinkle some of this seasoning on the meat, grill it on the George Foreman grill and it will make any bed of lettuce taste good!

A big bed of red leaf lettuce, some black olives, red onion, feta cheese and a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar… YUM! One of my favorite meals!!!

Tonight there were only three of us here for supper.

Our picnic table was the table tonight – simple and comfortable!
