		<description>My husband fixed Chicken salad for our 50th wedding anniversary.  (Yes, we helped with our own party) We have had a lot of requests for it ever since.  Includes chicken, chopped unpeeled apples, celery and Miracle Whip. Could use mayo if you prefer. Delicious!
