To Answer a few pumpkin questions

I am thinking about making the pumpkin bread.

Can you advise me on how much time & at what temp.

My Answer:

Bake on 350 for about 15-20 minutes.

How do you store pumpkins and how do you know when they are unusable?

My answer:

I cook up the pumpkins, cool them, then put them in freezer bags and freeze them.
