The Perfect Pie Crust

Don’t you love the smell of a pie baking? Once in a while I like to make a pie for Jeff and time it so it comes out of the oven just before he gets home.

Making a good pie crust takes some practice. Here is my video tutorial of how I make it. You can use this crust with any filling, but it is especially wonderful with apple.
