We have taken our pumpkins and carved out crosses in them. We then put a light in it and "let out light shine". This is great for those who don't want to do T&Ting.

I've paid over $110 for a cake...for our wedding. I just didn't want to make my own cake. I had enough things to do! :-)

Rick and I grew pumpkins this year. However, we weren't able to harvest any. It took 3 plantings for them to come up. We had 5 that were the size of a cantaloupe, but the frost got them while they were still very green. They looked like small watermelons. If all the blossoms had turned into pumpkins, we would have had nearly 100! Next year we're going to buy seed as soon as it hits the shelves!

Blessings--

I have just found your website today. I love the pumpkin pot holders!! I love a cupcake recipe that I found on Greenlitebites(I think). You use I box of chocolate fudge moist cake mix or devil's food and just add 1 can of pumpkin and 2/3 cup water and bake for 25-30 min. for 12 large or adjust baking time to make 24. My son loves these!! I've even made them with spiced pumpkin before by accident, and they were delicious too! I'm sure you could just cook your pumpkin and just use 15 oz. Thanks for the giveaway!
