How to Read a Tape Measure
BOYS! As a girl, I just shake my head in confusion about how boys think.
Our son Josh loved to tear a part things and put them back together. I can’t tell you how many times Jeff and I would go to bed at night and tell Josh, “Please don’t electrocute yourself or burn the house down while we’re a sleep. “ He always had a project going in his room. We’ve got lots of stories and I’m glad he made it to adulthood with only a couple ER trips.
God wired boys to think differently, and I’m glad He did. When I came across this video clip I had to laugh! This is something I picture Josh doing. It takes some real engineering (and too much free time) to be able to do what these guys are doing. Would you ever find a girl doing this? I doubt it.
Sit back and have a laugh!
Have you ever heard of Power Tool Drag Racing? Me neither. Now my husband is way too serious minded to do things like this, but I can see where younger guys would enjoy taking apart some junk, mixing it with some other junk, then figuring out how to make it move fast enough to win a silly race (silly- because I am a woman). There is physics and engineering to be learned in this. This would be better than vegging out in front of a TV screen.

thanks for all the boy stuff!
I have one who is always wanting to take everything apart too!
It is SO TRUE that boys think and act so much differently than girls. I’m always amazed by the things my boys do and I ask my husband “Is that normal?” LOL
