How to Kill Creativity!

I know this is making it’s rounds on the net, but I just had to post about it!

If you want to kill creativity (imagination, engineering, capitalism) in children just take their Legos away, all in the name of "charity and being fair". Is this reality? Is life all about being fair and equal? Do you really want to work hard for your money (or Legos) just to have it taken by force and given to others who have not worked for it?

I wholeheartedly believe we need to teach children good manners and teach them to share, etc… But this is over the top, especially when you listen to the teacher’s statement about WHY she took them away.
