How to Cook, Peel and Devil Eggs -Video

Use eggs that are about 1 and 1/2 to 2 weeks old.

Fill pot with enough water to cover eggs and 1 teaspoon baking soda.

Bring eggs to a full boil and then simmer for about 15-20 minutes.

Drain and cover with cold water.

Let cool completely before peeling.

Rinse with cold water.
