Gross!!! How to Skin a Fish

Warning! If you are a woman and you are reading this in the morning…you may want to skip this tutorial.
A couple weeks ago someone gave us an 8 lb fish, of course Jeff knows how to ‘take care of it’, but I thought I’d post this video in case any of you don’t have a clue (like me). No this is not Jeff in this video. If you let your kids watch make sure you remind them just how dangerous a sharp knife is. Granted this is VERY GROSS, that’s why men were made to do this kind of stuff! ;o) Even though I know many girls that gut and fillet their own fish, personally I’m GLAD I have a husband!

They were great. Oh the things we watch to make men out of our boys (and to help our daughters in their homemaking skills, lol – they both watched!).
LOL! We love fishing around here. I am like you… I let them do all the gross stuff. Being boys, they love it.
