From Seeds to Harvest- Garden Tour Video

April 25, 2009

We will plant more seedlings over the next month or so. Where we live there are a lot of farmers and WONDERFUL farmer’s markets, so several things we buy to can because it is cheaper to do it that way. I will talk about this more later.

Everyone here helps in the garden, but Olivia usually handles her herb garden all herself.

I myself don’t really do a whole lot in the actual garden, but I do most of the cooking it up and canning!

Kathy, Thank you for your video. I enjoyed “visiting” your garden. We got ours planted this afternoon and I will hopefully update my link once I get the pictures and info on my blog.
    Thank you!

Thanks for inspiring me to blog about our latest garden experiment. We garden every year but always seem to find new things to try.

It’s still too early for planting most things in our zone but it’s fun to get started.

Hey Everyone~Just a heads-up. A Big Lots near us had canning lids for $1.25/box. We use a lot of these with all our gardening. It’s nice to have some stockpiled before the canning season hits!
