		<description>You can also get a nifty little notion that helps you ease over the bulk of denim seams as you hem. Mine is called a hump jumper; it helps ease things along so that the needle doesn&#039;t break and the feed-dog feeds more evenly. There is also one out there called jean-a-ma-jig. 
I think that the biggest problem with sewing denim or bulky fabric is trying to sew too fast. As you said, just knowing your machine and how to adjust the feed pressure are a big part of it.</description>
