Friday Favorite – Food Markers

The green writing on this cake was done with Wilton’s Food Writer. This is the first time I have used these and I LOVE THEM! It is much easier to write with these than it is to pipe with icing. I can’t wait to play around with them some more! I can see where these would be wondeful for cakes that have a lot of detail; and just think of how much easier Christmas cookies would be to decorate?

This cake is made with fondant, I need to try them with with buttercream next. :)

You do need to use a very light tough with them; pressing down any causes blots of color.
