I have a dress for Haleigh that’s 98% finished. I hope to get it completed tomorrow. I’ll have to blog about it then!

My sewing machine and serger sit together, mocking me, on the dining room table. I’m going to undertake a HUGE project over the next few weeks and switch my sewing area with our school area, organizing and culling at the same time. THEN maybe I can actually get some sewing accomplished!

Gorgeous! I crochet a similar bonnet but with yarn rather than thread. I just can’t do thread as it’s too small for my fingers and strains my eyes. My grandma, who inspired my love of crochet, worked up many amazing projects throughout here 94 years using thread. I’ll be linking up later today to share a post about the baby blanket I’ve been crocheting and have finally completed! don’t you love finishing a project?
