Extra Chores

Someone emailed asking what we recommend for extra chores as a consequence when things are done poorly or with a bad attitude.

Wash House Windows

Wipe Baseboards

Organize and Wipe Out Cabinets

Vacuum  Top of Books on shelves

Wash Car Windows

Vacuum Car

Wash Porches

Weed Flower Beds

Rake Leaves or any other pending yard work

Turn the Compost Pile…Stinky job for a stinky attitude!

Wash Out Garbage Can

Ironing

Clean Utility Room

Mop all Floors

Just make a list of things that need doing around the house but are usually lower on the list of priorities. Think spring cleaning kind of jobs, after all don’t the windows usually need to be washed anyway? ;o)

If you have a list already made up and posted somewhere like on the inside of a cabinet, it makes it easier to hand out the consequence for the action.
