Deep Dish Pie?

Look at the difference between a deep dish for baking pies and a regular pie dish.
Need I say more? ;o)

A couple pie hints:
- Roll your dough out thin.
- Use a little sugar in your dough recipe.
- Before placing in the oven, use your finger tips to rub some milk on the top, just enough to moisten it, then sprinkle a little sugar. This will help it brown and look gorgeous!

I have been looking for a good apple pie recipe… I have some apples that need something done with them and I have wanted to make an apple pie… “Thank you; I bet it will be yummy!!”
