December Fun!

Over at the Farm
Emma and Samantha ‘lovin’ on Olivia!
Olivia finally has her long awaited for chickens.
My grandmother (85) is visiting from upstate NY.
She was a dairy farmer and had chickens of her own back in the day.
Samantha and Emma being silly.
Emma resting in Olivia and Samantha’s winter garden.
The Children’s Christmas Party for Church
Each child brought socks to give to a local homeless shelter.
Sweet Kyla
It is so nice to watch the older boys look out for the younger ones.
The kids wrapped the socks with ribbon and added a note.
This is a fun game, especially if you have a wide range of ages.
Divide into two teams, we had boys vs. girls.
Each team is to scoop ‘snowballs’ (cotton balls) into the bowl on their head…
without looking!!!
Thank you Joy, Taylor and Emma (teen girls) for helping!
The kiddos then made glittered snowflakes for the tree.
I didn’t get any pictures of the boys doing the craft…I must have been monitoring the flow of glitter??? ;o)
This was the twin’s first Christmas party.
History Class Party
Emma takes a History and Literature class once a week taught by the amazing Mrs. Diamond.
A little too much holiday cheer going on!
Bria, Laura, Hannah, Emma and Samantha (yes, she is holding a puppy)
And to think that people still think homeschooled kids are not socialized…give me a break!
