		<description>Sour cream? How interesting! It would be like &quot;dumpling stroganoff&quot;!

I used to be a cook for a sorority. We&#039;d make chicken and noodles and then put in a can of cream of chicken soup. I&#039;m not a big fan of soups like that, but it made the best chicken and noodles! Creamy, but you couldn&#039;t put your finger on the ingredient that made them so.
