Cake Decorating DVD Review

Hi there Kathy, just wanted to let you know I just watched your cake decorating dvd, enjoyed listening to you and felt like the instruction was right on with what I was looking for, good basic info to get me refreshed (I’ve decorated cakes for our family a few years ago). I especially liked learning about the roses and your favorite border – those reverse swirls. I’m going to teach a cake decorating mini-course for my son’s elementary school on this topic and now I feel confident that I will be able pass on the basics to some little ones – just like my grandma did for me!
