Blue Drop Flower Mini Cupcakes

I had already committed to a cupcake order a couple weeks before the tornado hit. My biggest problem was that I had no electricity when the time came to make them. Thankfully because my husband is in the fire department I was able to bake the cupcakes and mix the icing in their kitchen at 9 at night…the show must go on!

These were mini cupcakes for a bridal tea.

I mixed 3 shades of blue (actually Olivia mixed colors for me)

and used a drop flower tip…SUPER EASY!
