Birthday Surprise Party!

My WONDERFUL daughters surprised me with a birthday party last Friday night. My Prince Charming took me out to eat and I came home to my yard full of my closest(35) friends!!!
It was so sweet.The weather was great, the girls had jars of tea lights everywhere and a bonfire going!
We are very blessed to have a picnic pavilion that Jeff built with a big bonfire circle close by. Our house is fairly small but our pavilion and yard make it easy to host large gatherings. 
) I hate I didn't have my camera outside to snap lots of pictures.
God has blessed me with such wonderful friends, they really are like family. Thank you Huies, Crawfords, Smiths, Whites, Richards and my MOM!!!!!
Oh and gifts????? I was showered with gifts, even an autographed Jim Brickman CD (thanks Trish!)!!!!! But the greatest gift is the sweet friendship with these Godly families give me!

Happy Birthday, Kathy! I turned 35 on 09/28. I was blessed by a wonderful birthday from family and friends as well. Saturday, I had a friend that stayed with our children so that my dh & I could go out on a date. (I have four under the age of 7.) I came home to a overly-sparkling home, including steam-cleaned furniture and rugs. The next evening, I had another friend that invited our family over for chili pie after chruch to celebrate my birthday. I, too, feel blessed to have such friends and family in my life. Aren’t daughters great! I have six of them and I am 52, so I have a few more grey hairs than you, but proud of them all.(Also, I have 3 sons–that are great too!) I too have many great blessings of family and friends!
